How the Black Lotus $0 build and $100 monthly website service works.
The website plan
Black Lotus Web Design offers custom website design with no separate build fee. The ongoing plan costs $100 USD per month for the agreed website, hosting, maintenance, and support. We confirm the pages, features, content responsibilities, launch timing, and any third-party costs with you before beginning work.
Approval and billing
Submitting a brief is free and does not start a subscription. We build your agreed website for review. When you approve it and it is ready to launch, we provide a secure Stripe checkout link. Your subscription begins when you complete checkout and renews monthly until canceled. We coordinate launch after payment confirmation.
What is included
The standard plan includes the agreed custom website, responsive layouts, hosting, foundational on-page SEO, maintenance, and content updates within the agreed scope. New functionality, major redesigns, paid software, domain registration, and third-party services are subject to a separate written scope or cost confirmation. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales results, uninterrupted availability, or blanket accessibility certification.
Cancellation and service availability
You may request cancellation through the Stripe billing portal, when enabled, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid subscription period. Your website remains hosted and maintained while the subscription is active. Hosting and maintenance end when the paid service period ends; an unpaid or canceled subscription can result in suspension. Contact us promptly about any payment issue.
Your content and website
You retain ownership of the content and brand materials you provide and are responsible for having permission to use them. The monthly plan is an ongoing website service. It does not automatically transfer ownership of our website code, design systems, or third-party software. Any source-code transfer, migration, export, or buyout must be agreed separately in writing.
Project responsibilities
You provide accurate business information, authorized content, timely feedback, and any required access. Do not send passwords, card details, or sensitive customer information through the public brief. We agree any required integrations and access arrangements during the project.
Questions and existing agreements
