Privacy notice
How Black Lotus handles website inquiries and client information.
Information you provide
When you submit a website brief, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, business details, website goals, audience, requested features, timing, and any notes you choose to share. We also record contact consent, submission time, and campaign tags included in the page address.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, discuss your website needs, prepare a project scope, manage the client relationship, and provide our service. Submitting a brief allows us to contact you about that request. It does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter or start a paid subscription.
Service providers
Project records are stored using Base44. If email is connected, messages may be sent through the connected business email provider. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing details; our website does not store your full payment card number. Fonts may load from Google Fonts, which receives the information needed to deliver them. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.
Access and retention
Lead records and internal notes are restricted to authorized administrators. We retain inquiry and client records while needed to respond, provide services, resolve issues, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained for billing or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can leave optional form fields blank and ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, sensitive personal information, or private customer data through the brief. Contact us if you need an appropriate way to share project materials.
